20th May 2020 Update
We are continuing to honour all bookings for 2020 experiences. All currently held vouchers will be automatically extended until we are able to begin operating again following government guidelines due to be released sometime in early July in relation to the Leisure industry. We are currently on standby ready to kick back into action as soon as we're told that we can re-open. We are open to helping all of our customers through this time and willing to work around any booking or voucher queries. Be assured that we are doing our utmost to make sure that we will be able to return to operation as soon as possible. We hope to see you soon!

Extensions available for voucher redemptions until the 2021 season!
While government restrictions relating to the COVID-19 virus apply, we are offering free extensions to allow our customers to enjoy their experience at a more fitting time. Our customers' safety is something we care significantly about and we’re committed to helping you stay healthy. Due to the unprecedented impact of coronavirus, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all experiences until July at the earliest, however, this may change based on government recommendations.
All vouchers will be honored or exchanged to use at a later date and we are offering free extensions to all customers that choose to redeem their vouchers now.
