21st April 2021 Update

We are continuing to honour all bookings for 2021 experiences. All currently held vouchers will be automatically extended until we are able to begin operating again by following the current government roadmap, specifically in relation to the Leisure/Marine industry. 

We are currently working in the background getting ready to kick back into action!

 We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00am until 18:00pm by assisting all of our customers through this time and willing to work around any booking or voucher queries. Be assured that we will be opening for Season 2021 and are able to return to operation Covid safe as soon as possible. See you soon!

Extensions available for voucher redemptions until the  2021 season!

While government restrictions relating to the COVID-19 virus apply, we are offering free extensions to allow our customers to enjoy their experience at a more fitting time. Our customers' safety is something we care significantly about and we’re committed to helping you stay safe. Due to the impact of Covid-19, we are taking cautious measures prior to re-opening which will be at the very latest Saturday 26th June 2021 when hopefully the government restrictions are set to be relaxed. However, this may change based on government recommendations.


​Our customer service team is due to open the bookings system early May where will give priority to all our customers who had a confirmed booking in 2020 and was cancelled due to non-operation. Thereafter we will begin to work through the remainder of the vouchers which have been submitted either via email to or via our website Please be advised we are currently busy helping customers with queries. Please only contact us for urgent enquiries relating to bookings or expiry dates (effective in the next two weeks).


We aim to answer all online enquiries within 72 hours currently, not including weekends. However, please bear with us if there is a delay with your query.
