    While government restrictions relating to the COVID-19 virus apply, we are offering free extensions to allow our customers to enjoy their experience at a more fitting time. Our customers' safety is something we care significantly about and we’re committed to helping you stay safe. Due to the impact of Covid-19, we are taking cautious measures prior to re-opening which will be at the very latest Saturday 26th June 2021 when hopefully the government restrictions are set to be relaxed. However, this may change based on government recommendations.

     

    ​Our customer service team is due to open the bookings system early May where will give priority to all our customers who had a confirmed booking in 2020 and was cancelled due to non-operation. Thereafter we will begin to work through the remainder of the vouchers which have been submitted either via email to bookings@sabermarine.com or via our website www.saberpowersports.com Please be advised we are currently busy helping customers with queries. Please only contact us for urgent enquiries relating to bookings or expiry dates (effective in the next two weeks).

     

    We aim to answer all online enquiries within 72 hours currently, not including weekends. However, please bear with us if there is a delay with your query. If you’re awaiting a response, we recommend checking your junk mail folder for our reply. If you have any concerns, do feel free to get in touch and we’d be happy to help.
